The petitioners have filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to allot them plot under the oustees category.

It is the case of the petitioners that vide notification dated 26.8.2003, land measuring 4 kanals 11 marlas, situated in village Gaunchi, Tehsil Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, owned by petitioner No.3, father of petitioners No.1 and 2 and mother of petitioners No.4 to 8, was acquired for development and utilisation of residential and commercial Sectors 56 and 56-A, Faridabad. However, after the death of father of petitioners No.1 and 2, and mother of petitioners No.4 to 8, petitioners No.1,2 and 4 to 8 inherited all the rights arisen out of acquisition of the aforesaid land. It is the further case of the petitioners that in spite of the requests made by them,

the respondents did not consider their claim for allotment of plot under the oustees policy of the State Government. In this regard, a representation dated 6.12.2012, copy of which is available on record as Annexure P-1, was submitted by the petitioners to the Estate Officedr, HUDA, Faridabad (respondent No.3 herein), but till date the same has not been considered and decided.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, without issuing notice of motion as it will un-necessary delay the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 6.12.2012 by passing a speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
