This order shall dispose of CWP Nos. 5853 of 1994 and CWP No. 12748 of 1993.
In these petitions, the petitioners are seeking writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide basic amenities in New Anaj Mandi, Jind.

Learned counsel for respondents states that in due course of time everything has been provided and the petitioners have sold their plots further and therefore, at this juncture this petition has become infructuous.
However, counsel for petitioners is not in a position to verify this fact. Learned counsel states that this petition be dismissed as such with just exceptions.
Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed as such, with just
exceptions.
