remedy for the same, in accordance with law. In this petition, the order of resumption has not been challenged.

In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to petitioners to challenge the order of resumption or action for non-refund of the part of sale consideration paid by them in accordance with law.
