others Vs. U.T. of Chandigarh Administration and others , copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-12 with the petition. Counsel for the respondents states this writ petition be disposed in the same terms.
Counsel for the petitioner states that he has no objection, if the present writ petition is ordered to be disposed of in terms of Hari Prasad's case (supra).
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in the same
terms.
