Aggrieved by withholding of the arrears of salary and other financial benefits by the respondent liquidated company, the petitioner had already approached Assistant Registrar, vide representation annexure P-11 which appears to have not been considered till date.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case a direction is issued to the Assistant Registrar,

Cooperative Societies, Nuh, District Mewat to consider the claim of the petitioner and release the necessary financial benefits.
This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Registrar and the liquidator to consider the claim of the petitioner made in representation annexure P-11 and take a final decision by passing a speaking order within a period of two months after the receipt of the certified copy of the order. It will be the duty of the petitioner to communicate the directions passed by this Court to the concerned officials/ authorities.
