Petitioner is paternal uncle of the prosecutrix. He is alleged to have connived with Gurmeet Kaur who used to pressurise the prosecutrix to indulge in prostitution and immoral activities. The petitioner has been summoned as additional accused after having been found innocent earlier by the police. It will be debatable on the basis of statement made by the prosecutrix whether it was the petitioner who had been sharing money received by flesh trade. On account of dual version regarding involvement of the petitioner, the interim order dated 4.9.2013, is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will continue to appear before the trial Court against the bail bonds already furnished. The petitioner will not tamper with the evidence or make any attempt to interfere in the

expeditious disposal of the trial. In case of any such eventuality, it will be open to the prosecution agency to seek cancellation of bail granted to the petitioner. The petitioner will also not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
