Petitioner has challenged the validity of order of compulsory retirement dated December 29, 2000 annexure P-1, on the ground that the petitioner has now been acquitted of the charge under Sections 408, 409 IPC vide judgment dated August 18, 2010.
For the relief claimed in the writ petition, the petitioner appears to have already issued a representation annexure P-9 dated October 12, 2012.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that no order has been passed on the said legal notice.
Without expression of any opinion on merits of the case, I deem it appropriate in the circumstances of this case to issue a direction to the Managing Director of Haryana State Coop. Supply and Marketing Federation, (HAFED) to consider the claim of the petitioner as put-forth in representation annexure P-9 dated October 12, 2012 by passing a speaking order within a period of four months after the receipt of a certified copy of the order. It will be the responsibility of the petitioner to communicate the copy of this order to the abovesaid authorities.
Disposed of in the above terms.
