Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to re-fix her pay by giving her the increment for January-2012, interest @ 18% per annum on delayed payment of retiral benefits and release of third instalment of pay revision due for the period from 1.1.2006 to 31.7.2009.

Putting forth this claim, petitioner has submitted a representation dated 20.4.2013 (Annexure P-9) to the respondents, which has, till date, not been decided.

Petitioner has been released the gratuity by the respondents, which claim stands satisfied, which was also made in the representation.

Counsel contends that the petitioner, at this stage, would

be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab-respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 20.4.2013 (Annexure P-9) within some specified time.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merit of the case or commenting thereon, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjabrespondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 20.4.2013 (Annexure P-9) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case the claim of the petitioner is accepted, the consequential benefits, if any, be released to her, in accordance with law, within a further period of one month.

In case the claim of the petitioner is not to be accepted, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
