Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order of his transfer dated 8.4.2013 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.1.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall make a detailed representation highlighting therein the difficulty being faced by him, because of which he wants the transfer not to be given a permanent shape. The said representation shall be filed within a period of two weeks, which may be directed to be considered and decided by respondent No.1 within some specified time.
In the light of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merit of the case or commenting thereon, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the

petitioner to submit his claim within a period of two weeks. If such a representation is made by the petitioner to the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided by the said authority within a period of three weeks of submission of such representation. Decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioner.
