The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for appointment of Warrant Officer to visit the spot and to set at liberty the alleged detenues mentioned in para no.4 of the petition.
Warrant Officer was appointed in this case vide order dated 03.05.2013 of this Court. Report has been received to the effect that alleged detenues mentioned in para no.4 of the petition were working at the brickkiln with their free consent and however, on his asking they replied that they wanted to leave the premises of brick-kiln and that they have already left the premises in his presence.

Reply has also been filed on behalf of the State that the workers mentioned in the writ petition have already been got released by warrant officer.
Hence, in view of these facts, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
Disposed of accordingly.
