and summoning order dated 04.10.2008 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) respectively pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hisar under Sections 500, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the present petition has become infructuous as the main case has since been decided by learned trial Court.
