The present petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.13 dated 31.1.2013 under Sections 420, 379, 120-B, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Ferozepur Cantt.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitionersaccused that petitioner No.2 Vishwas Saini has already filed application for anticipatory bail before the Court of Sessions at Ferozepur which was

taken up on 5.2.2013 and the same has not been decided so far. Further contended that another application for anticipatory bail was filed by all the other petitioners on 17.05.2013. However, the same have been adjourned to 4.7.2013. Hence, it is contended that petitioners only want that their application be decided at the earliest by the Court of Sessions.
Disposed of with direction to the Court of Sessions to decide the pending anticipatory bail applications of petitioners on merit expeditiously by preponing the date of hearing, preferably within ten days of the receipt of copy of this order.
Disposed of accordingly.
