The present petition has been filed for regular bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.325 dated 07.10.2011, under Sections 324/323/324/148/149/307 IPC, registered at police station Payal, District Ludhiana.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petition has become infructuous as trial has already concluded and petitioner acquitted.
Dismissed as withdrawn as rendered infructuous.
