The present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.13, dated 21.7.2011, under Sections 21 and 22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Thulliwal, District Barnala.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully, including the impugned order passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Barnala, vide which application filed on behalf of the petitioner for bail was dismissed.
This is second application for bail filed on behalf of the petitioner-accused. His earlier bail application was dismissed on merit by this Court vide order dated 18.7.2012 passed in Crl.M.No.M-16396 of 2012.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of this petition, at this stage.
