On the instructions of Head Constable, Mr. Didar Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner at present is not required in any
criminal case. He has been declared innocent in one case registered against him at the instance of one person in FIR No. 431 of 20.09.2012 registered at Police Station, Civil Lines, Amritsar. It has been informed that he is innocent and is not required in any other case.
In view of the said statement, counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.
