This is a petition for quashing of the complaint which has been filed by respondent-husband.
Parties are present in the court. They have compromised the matter but in terms of the said compromise, respondent who is present in the court has given an undertaking that he will deposit ` 20,00,000/- in the shape of F.D.R. in the account of Sukhjit Singh before the Guardian Court.
In view of the said circumstances, present petition is disposed of as having become rendered infructuous.
