Petitioner claims that his minor daughter has been kidnapped. State counsel informs that during investigation statement of the girl has been recorded and the prosecution agency has opted to drop the proceedings by not presenting the challan.
In view of the above, no direction can be issued. However, the petitioner has been permitted to meet his daughter in the Court today.
