For having been found in possession of microlit tablets, the petitioner has been in custody for the last 1 year and two months.
It has been informed that out of 5 witnesses 2 witnesses stand examined. It has been informed that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. Assuming that the period of detention suffered by the petitioner will have a deterrent effect upon him not to commit the similar offence again, it is ordered that the petitioner will be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court subject to a condition that he will not commit the similar offence during pendency of the trial.
