On the complaint of appellant, the respondents were convicted by the trial Court but lower appellate Court acquitted the respondents.
Aggrieved by the judgment of the lower appellate Court, the complainant has preferred this appeal along with an application for grant of leave to appeal.
Counsel for the appellant has informed that the appellant-complainant has died and seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
Disposed of as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights of the heirs of the appellant to avail any other remedy.
