This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for a direction to the official respondents to take appropriate legal action against the accused persons in DDR No.36 dated 2.2.2013.
On the instructions of ASI Balbir Singh, it has been informed by the learned State counsel that the FIR and cross version are still under investigation. No one has put in appearance to point out as to how the petitioner did not expect investigation to be fair.
The petition is disposed of expecting that FIR as well as cross version will be fairly investigated to the logical end in accordance with law.
