Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 30.09.2013, the petitioner has joined investigation and has been released on interim bail. The factum of joining investigation has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satwinder Singh.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, the interim order dated 30.09.2013 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Disposed of accordingly.
