Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 02.08.2013, the petitioners have joined investigation and have been released on interim bail. The factum of joining investigation has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Lal Chand.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel, the interim order dated 02.08.2013 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Disposed of accordingly.
