Darshana Rani, the petitioner has brought this petition under the provisions of section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondent no.2 to protect her life and liberty, who is being harassed at the instance of respondents no. 3 to 7. According to her, respondents no. 3 and 4 are police officials, who are misusing their official position at the instance of respondents no. 5 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner is a tenant in a house owned by respondent no.5 . According to him, she is regularly paying the rent and is not in default thereof. According to him, respondent no.5 wants to evict the petitioner from the house in question forcibly. According to him, the petitioner could take care of respondent no.5 by filing civil suit seeking injunction order against him restraining him from forcibly evicting her from the house, yet the same would not help her against respondents no. 3 and 4, who are misusing their official position to help respondents no. 5 and others.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, I find it appropriate to dispose of this petition at this stage with directions to respondent no.2 to look into the representation( Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and to take a decision thereon as per law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
