None was appearing on behalf of the petitioner despite having been passed over twice in the pre-lunch session. None appears on behalf of the petitioners even now. On the last date also none was appearing on behalf of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned State counsel that after summoning of the petitioner under section 319 Cr.P.C., out of the total eight witnesses cited in the challan, six have already been examined and the trial is at the fag end.
In these circumstances, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
