Learned State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Vijay Kumar, states that during investigation the petitioners have been found innocent. In other words, he submits that no incriminating evidence has been found so far against them.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the statement made above by learned State counsel, he wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition if at all challan is filed against the petitioners.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
