Learned counsel for the State on instruction from SI Gurmeet Singh of Police Station, Economic Offences Wing, Amritsar, submits that petitioner No. 1 is a proclaimed offender at present, therefore, she cannot be provided with security.
In view of the above, learned Senior counsel does not press this petition qua petitioner No. 1, Iqbal Kaur.
Dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No. 1, Iqbal Kaur.
So far as petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, learned counsel for the State submits that in case they approach the Station House Officer, Police Station, Civil Lines, Amritsar, security can be provided to them as per norms.
In view of the above, learned Senior counsel representing petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 submits that this petition

Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 shall appear on 17.12.2013, at 10:30 a.m. before the Station House Officer, Police Station, Civil Lines, Amritsar.
