The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 6.4.2013 being a customer in Immoral Traffic Act case. No useful purpose will be served by keeping him in custody during the entire period of trial.
Without expression of any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.
