Vide order dated 19.5.2011 complaint filed under Section 420 IPC was dismissed by the trial Court taking into consideration the report under Section 202 Cr.P.C. by the concerned police authorities. Revision petition filed against the said order has also been dismissed by Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad.
I have gone through the orders passed by the Courts below and I am of the opinion that in exercise of the powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C., on re-appreciation of evidence and the material available, it cannot be held that the petitioner has been cheated on account of respondent having not executed the sale deed pursuant to the agreement of sale.
No ground is made out for interference.
Dismissed.
