Without expression of any opinion on merits of the case, it is sufficient to observe that after a raid conducted by the police in Immoral Traffic Act case, the petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 6.4.2013.
Without expression of any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of CJM/ duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.
