The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in complaint No.148 dated 8.12.2009, titled as “Smt. Bohti Devi @ Bholi v. Vikram and another” u/s 148, 149, 323, 324, 326 and 506 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Ckass, Karnal.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 30.4.2013, the petitioner appeared before the trial court and furnished bail bonds to its satisfaction upon which he has been admitted to interim bail.
In view of the above, the order dated 30.4.2013 is made absolute. The petitioner will furnish fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court upon which he will be admitted to regular bail till the conclusion of the trial.
