Kulwinder Kaur Vs State of Punjab and Ors.

Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the respondents to transfer the investigation of the case bearing FIR No. 25 dated 12.04.2013, under Sections 354, 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC, P.S. Noormahal, District Jalandhar to some independent agency and further directing the investigating officer to present the challan.

Learned counsel states that he does not press this petition on merits but prays that a direction be issued to the respondents to decide his application/representation Annexure P-3 within any reasonable time.
