The petitioners are not present in the Court implying thereby that they do not want to pursue the case. However, ASI Gurmail Singh informs that statements of the petitioners have been recorded that there is no threat to their life and liberty.
In view of abovesaid circumstances, this petition is disposed of confirming the order dated 10.04.2013.
It is not out of place to observe here that counsel for private respondents has appeared to express an apprehension that petitioner No. 2 will not be able to take care of petitioner No. 1 and that a direction should be issued requiring petitioner No. 2 to furnish some security.
No such direction can be issued in the present petition. However, it will
be open to petitioner No. 1 to independently enforce her rights in case petitioner
No. 2 does not perform his moral matrimonial obligations at any stage.
