It was on 3.4.2013, that after hearing counsel for the petitioners, the Court had directed issuance of notice for 23.4.2013. It was further directed that process be issued dasti for effecting service upon the respondent. For 23.4.2013, the office reported that notice issued to the respondent had not been received back served or otherwise. In view of the same, fresh notice was issued for today and the dasti process was ordered. It was, however, made clear that in case the petitioners were not able to serve the respondent, the petition would be dismissed for want of non-prosecution.
As per the office report submitted for today, none turned up to collect the dasti process. The case has been called

twice but every time none has appeared for the petitioners.
It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in prosecuting the revision. The same is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
