This is tenants' petition challenging the impugned order dated 17.12.2012 of the Appellate Authority whereby their eviction has been ordered from the demised premises on the ground of bonafide requirement and personal necessity of the respondent-landlord and further on the ground that the petitioners have impaired the value and utility of the property in question.
Counsel for the petitioners has very fairly submitted before this Court that in execution of the impugned judgment dated 17.12.2012, the respondent-landlord has already taken the possession of the demised premises from the petitioners.
In view thereof, the present petition has been rendered
infructuous.
