CR No.1025 of 2013 (O&M)
This is landlord's revision petition challenging the order dated 15.12.2012 whereby an application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC in the eviction petition moved by respondent No.2 for impleading her as respondent in a petition filed under Section 13 of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, was allowed.
Counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to withdraw the instant petition without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner in any other litigation as the main petition for eviction out of which the instant revision petition has arisen has been withdrawn on 19.8.2013.
In view of the submission made, this petition is ordered to be
dismissed as withdrawn.
