Non-compliance of the order dated 22.08.2008 passed by this Court in CWP No.10787 of 2007 has been alleged in this contempt petition.
Upon notice, separate replies have been filed on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4. As per the reply filed on behalf of respondent No.3, in compliance of the directions issued by this Court, a speaking order dated 15.03.2013 has been passed rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
In view thereof, this contempt petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid speaking order dated 15.03.2013 in accordance with law.
