Reply by way of an affidavit of Mr.Pankaj Sharma, Director Public Instruction (Secondary Education), Punjab, SAS Nagarrespondent No.2 has been filed in Court. The same is taken on record.
It has been stated in the aforesaid affidavit that in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, a speaking order dated 07.02.2013 has been passed rejecting the claim of the petitioner. A copy of the said speaking order has been attached as Annexure R-1 with the aforesaid reply.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the present contempt petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the speaking order (Annexure R-1) in accordance with law.
