Surinder Kaur Vs Ravneet Kaur & Anr.

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of the directions issued by this court on 25.7.2012 in CWP No. 13947 of 2012 for disposal of the legal notice dated 21.6.2012, got served by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

Reply by way of affidavit of Kamal Kumar, Director Public Instruction (Secondary Education), Punjab, dated 15.3.2013, filed in court is taken on record. Along with the affidavit/ reply, order dated 15.1.2013 has been annexed as Annexure R-1, vide which the legal notice of the petitioner has been disposed of. For the delay unconditional and unqualified apology has been tendered.

In view of the order passed by the competent authority in terms of the directions issued by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of her appropriate remedy against the order dated 15.1.2013 in accordance with law.
