Learned counsel for the respondents pointed out that in LPA No. 731 of 2012 State Bank of India and another vs Kuldeep Raj , the operation of the judgment of this court in CWP No. 2961 of 2001 dated 14.2.2012, has been stayed vide order dated 2.8.2012.
Considering the aforesaid development, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case the appeal filed by the respondents is dismissed.
