Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that contempt petition No.2986 of 2012 titled as 'Karamchari Sangh, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra vs. Padam Sri Dr.A.Sivathanu Pillai and others' arising out of an order passed in CWP No.3969 of 2005 wherein identical issue was involved, has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 02.03.2013, granting three months' time to the Institute to comply with the order.
Considering the fair stand of the learned counsel for the parties, the present contempt petition is disposed of in terms of the

case (supra).
The petition stands disposed of.
