The process of appointment of Teachers as per directions dated 26.5.2013 has been initiated. Relevant funds have been released by the State. An inquiry has already been conducted against respondent No.5.
In view of the above circumstances, all the three directions have been complied with.
The contempt petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to claim any other relief, as deemed fit ,against any appropriate authority/ person.
