As per reply filed on behalf of respondent No.3, orders passed by the Division Bench, stand complied with. Copy of order Annexure R-1 indicating the period for which the arrears of increments, stand paid along with the date of payment, has been placed on record.
The contempt petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. In case the petitioners are still not satisfied, it will be open to the petitioners to claim their rights, as per law.
