The claim of the petitioners for higher standard pay scales/ ACP grades, raised in the legal notice, stands already decided. General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Hisar, present in the court, informs that the order passed qua the petitioners will be communicated to them within a period of one week.
In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous, without prejudice to the rights of the individual petitioners to challenge the orders, passed by respondent No.2 in case the same are not acceptable to them, in accordance with law.
