None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It is already 3.00 p.m.
As per office report, notices issued to petitioners No. 1 to 8 have been received back with the report that the given addresses are incorrect, whereas petitioner No. 9 has since expired. Previously notice issued to Sh. J.M. Sethi, Advocate for the petitioners had been received back with the report that he has since died and there is no counsel in the name of Mr. R.S. Amol, Advocate, who has filed this petition.
It was for petitioners No. 1 to 8 to furnish their correct fresh addresses, so that, effective/proper notices can be issued to them. This petition pertains to the year 1994 and it is informed by the

State counsel that the petitioners already stand retired even before filing this petition.
In this view of the matter, it seems that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
