Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Rent Controller after hearing the arguments had reserved the judgment on 21.4.2011 . On 2.5.2011, the case was transferred to the present Rent Controller, who had taken it on 3.5.2011 and has now adjourned to 25.7.2011 for arguments.
The only prayer made in the revision petition is that the Rent Controller may be directed to hear the arguments on 25.7.2011.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the view that this petition is totally frivolous and the same is hereby dismissed in limine.
