Learned counsel for the respondents has filed an affidavit of Rajesh Jogpal, Chief Executive Officer, Chandigarh Housing Board. Same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the dwelling unit has been transferred in the name of the petitioner. It is also pointed out that only one case is pending for transfer.
In view of the said fact, no further order is called for.
