Mr.Sidhu, counsel appearing for the petitioner, says that
order dated February 2, 2012 has been complied with and water course has been carved out from Rectangle No.293, Killa Nos.3 and 4 and some part of Killa No.2, killa touching to the land of Ajaib
Singh. Accordingly, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is
disposed of as such.
