Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of the administrative authorities, the petitioner has approached this court through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., invoking its inherent jurisdiction, seeking direction against the official respondents to take necessary action with regard to investigation against the private respondents.
Notice of motion was issued and pursuant thereto, reply of Ajmer Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Siwani, has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Another reply has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 11.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar, Police Station, Tosham, submits that in view of the Annexure R-1 i.e. the statement suffered by the petitioner, wherein she has specifically stated that she does not want to proceed with the matter any further, the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement suffered by the petitioner, the present petition does not survive and may be disposed of.
In view of the above statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is ordered to be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
