After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition keeping in view the clear stand of the respondents that 100% work on the project has been completed and further keeping in view the fact that even in the impugned order, it has been noticed that the petitioners are entitled to compensation as per rules and regulations governing the situation for the use of the land of the petitioners for laying the transmission line and completing other works.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
