Petitioners have approached this Court with a prayer that their application forms have not been accepted by the Haryana School Teachers Selection Board-respondent No. 2 despite the corrigendum dated 3.7.2012 published on 5.7.2012 (Annexure-P-9), which made the petitioners eligible for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers Mathematics, advertised on 7.6.2012 (Annexure-P-7). This the petitioners contend is not being done in the light of the fact that the applications have to be submitted online for which necessary format has not been uploaded, which has resulted in rejection of their applications as the effect of corrigendum has not been incorporated in the system. Highlighting this grievance, some of the petitioners have submitted a representation to the Secretary, Haryana School Teachers Selection Board-respondent No. 2 on 5.7.2012, but no decision thereon has been taken. It has further been stated that the last date of submission of the applications is 15.7.2012.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Romil Lamba, Assistant District Attorney, Haryana School Teachers Selection Board accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 2.
In the light of the facts, as has been stated in the present writ petition, this Court is of the considered view that the grievance, if as projected in the writ petition, is not taken note of, petitioners and similarly placed candidates may be deprived of their right of consideration for appointment to the post for which they have now, in the light of the corrigendum dated 3.7.2012, become eligible. Direction is thus issued to the Secretary, Haryana School Teachers Selection Board-respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation within a period of two days and the decision, so taken, be conveyed to the petitioners forthwith.
Petition stands disposed of.
Copy of this order be given today under the signatures of Special Secretary, attached to this Court, to Mr. Romil Lamba, Assistant District Attorney, for information and compliance of the respondent No. 2.
